The Prescott Area Tourism Committee, with cooperation from the Prescott Chamber of Commerce, the Prescott Area Coalition for Tourism (PACT), the Prescott Area Lodging Association (PALA), the Prescott Downtown Partnership, the City of Prescott and the Prescott Valley Chamber of Commerce, is a group of hospitality professionals dedicated to facilitating group visitors to the Prescott area.

If you're a meeting planner, tour & travel operator or an individual in need of several rooms and/or meeting space for a family reunion, sports tournament or any group event, please complete the Prescott Area Tourism Request for Proposal below and eliminate the task of making dozens of phone calls and web searches. Upon submitting your request, you'll receive proposals with dates, rates and space availability from only members from Prescott and Prescott Valley that specifically meet your needs. You'll be contacted within one business day.
